Today the team finished drilling the skins with the skeleton, after deburring each hole. the piece was clamped to place the edge wedge This was fastened with tape and clamps so that it can remain between the skins.
A fixture was installed to achieve drilling at 84° indicated by the plan. Each clamp was fitted with a silicon coating to avoid damaging the surface of the skin.
The holes were dimpled by bucking dimping because the pneumatic riveter type C was not able to insert itself inside the ribs.
The set up was made to countersink the edge wedge, using a pneumatic drill, with a 1 / 2x100x40 countersink, a wedge was previously manufactured to facilite the drill.
The team made a fixture of wood that is indicated in the plan.
