We continued with the last training project, the ribs were installed next to the spar, first the two parts were drilled with presses, a plate was installed behind the spar, this acts as a support on the ribs and the spar.
We made sure that the ribs were placed symmetrically. later the pieces were riveted with rivets #30 type crushed.
observations. - one of the rivets was placed incorrectly, the new configuration was not checked after its realization and this deformed a part of the rib, as a consequence it was opted to change the tool, replacing the neumatic riveter with a manual riveter.
Recommendations.- Each hole must be deburred after drilling and after making a configuration it must be checked.
