At the beginning of the day the team drilled the pieces and for each hole that was made a cleco was placed in it and the same was done when the rivets were placed.
1rs Observation.- 1/8 rivets were installed (Flat, round, POP), an error was made when the first rivet was placed (a force was applied that bent the plates).
2nd observation.- one of the placed rivets was removed because it was incorrectly placed, starting marking the center of the rivet with a marker, then it was barred with a drill #40 and then with a #30, finally it was removed with tweezers.
We continued with the last project starting with drilling the skins together with the stiffener, These were dimpled for a later riveting.
Recommendations.- in the process Bucking bar take the pneumatic gun with both hands and avoid removing the gun when the trigger is activated.
