We started the day removing two rivets, they had their head cracked. Then we re-riveted the holes and rivet the dimpled ones on the edge. We also added the other plate to the assmble by measuring where this part will be. We continued match drilling, deburring and dimpling both plates and for last step we riveted this part aligning with clecos before. Don’t rush on the rivet gun and bucking bar, because you can damage the walls or deform your plates.
