From 5:15 to 5:45 pm
Today, we had a training in bucking bar of 30 minutes, in this time we watched how to use the pneumatic hammer and the rod to rivet correctly and not damage the surface of the material since the aluminum is very thin.

From 5:45 to 6:30 pm
We start to assemble our toolbox. First the other team helped us, they had their toolbox very advanced. We watched how each rivet should be placed, how inspect and learned diferents techniques based on the experience of others and in the especifications of the drawing. Is very important to read the RV-12iS manual and understand.

From 6:30 to 7:10 pm
Then, all the members of the fuselage team opened our toolbox, and started deburring all the parts to be able to make a correct assemble and prevent mistakes.

From 7:10 of 7:15 pm
The wings team shared their experience when building their toolbox,
they used the bucking bar to place some rivets, but they forgot to clamp the surfaces and the clecos were not enough, so when applying a force with the hammer they dented it. That served as an experience for all the teams for not making the same mistake.
