Brief Description: Prep Rudder Skins

Match drilled stiffeners to skins per instructions. Deburred all holes. Used magnifying glass to confirm proper deburring of skins (cuz they are so thin). Dimpled stiffeners with pneumatic dimpler, and skins with "C" frame and Linda's help.
