I chose to ream the holes to final size whenever possible. Therefore, I drilled all skin to substructure holes 3/32", and then reamed to #41. This gives a slightley better fit for the rivets after dimpling. The dimpling tends to increase the size of the hole significantly, especially when dimpling thinner skin material. Match drilled L and R HS skins to substructure. Used #41 reamer on all holes for #3 rivets. Finished drilling front spar angle holes by drilling 1/8" and then reaming to #30. Lots of work for just one step in the instructions, but it's really looking like airplane parts.
