Brief Description: Improve fit of center nose rib Right HS
Made this change to improve the fit of the Right HS707 center nose rib. This was required because Van's holes were misaligned for the right side HS707 resulting in a bump in the skin on one side and a low spot at the corresponding location on the other side. Made a jig from the right center nose rib HS707 to set correct length and location of flange. Cut off HS707 flange and made new. Riveted flange to rib using jig to set correct length. Used four AN470AD 3-3.5 across rib to attach flange. Clecoed HS707, HS702, and HS 708 ribs in skin to set correct alignment of HS707. Used long #30 drill bit to drill holes in rear flange of HS707 using HS708 and 702 existing holes to guide location. Dissassembled and deburred holes. Assembled skeleton in skin to check aligment. Much improved!
