Brief Description: Construct Wing Stand for QB Wings
I constructed a wing stand from 2X4s similar to a photo I saw in Aircraft Spruce & Specialty. The QB Wings will be here next week (I hope). The stand is designed as two nested pieces so I can work on the wings separately, or store them together. Rollers at each corner should make this easy to move around. My two car garage is looking smaller all the time. I sure hope my new hangar at KHND is done pretty soon. Last word is April, but then again it's been a 5 year process so far. My advice - stay away from government entities of any kind if you can. ps. The second photo shows the orange fuselage stand broken down for painting. See the previous post (12/29) for details.
