Called Vans about the misalignment of VS704 Main Root Rib and the rear spar channel. They suggested I drill the offest holes and use standard size rivets in the oversize holes created. Then add two standard size rivets in-between the existing prepunch holes. This will result in 5 rivets across the rear flange of the main root rib. Clecoed all parts together including the skin to provide best alignment for VS704 rib. Drilled as instructed above by Vans. Finished drilling/reaming substructure prepunch holes to #30.
