Finished Horizontal Stabilizer! Overall, it looks pretty good. In a few spots, the skin is not totally smooth especially where supporting substructure was not as well aligned as it might have been. I spent quite a bit of extra time trying to get good alignment of the substructure, but I guess I'll have to be even more critical for the rudder etc.
