Wow! It finally looks a little like an airplane part! Rained today (in Vegas no less), so I got to spend more than the usual time on the RV. Preped all the HS ribs. Used finishing wheel cut from 3M red pads in Dremel tool. Worked well for inside corners and relief slots. Assembled left side HS Skeleton and set up HS 404 and 405 for pilot drilling. Found that HS-405 left rear flange cutouts are fine per drawing. I was checking them against the wrong location between the HS-710 to HS-714 doublers. Found a little bump on the skin at the Fwd end of HS 707 center front rib. Will work down a little when next dissasembled.
