Match drilled the inboard holes on the rib reinforcement angles and the front spars. Tapered the ends of HS-710 and 714 using the band saw for the initial cut. I used a machinists protractor to set the 6 degree bends in the HS-710 and 714 angles. Got the protractor from a set of die makers tools inherited from Linda's grandfather Gus Rogge. He worked in the early auto industry in Detroit.I tried first to use a pine block in the vice to bend the angle against. Too soft. I then radiused a piece of oak 1/8" and tried it. Worked much better, but I'm still not sure the bend is centered on the bend line.
