Day One - Hour one. Linda and I inventoried the emp. kit, and everything was correct. I began with the rear spar assembly today. No problems with the rear spar parts prep work. Hard to believe it took 3.5 hours to smooth up a few parts, but I'm sure I'm overdoing it a little. Probably par for the course. The 3M coarse and fine wheels work great in the grinder. It almost seems that you could get by with files and deburring tools and only need the fine 3M wheel. If I were to buy only one, I would certainly get the fine wheel first!
