Test fit canopy plexi on fuselage. Couldn't tell much on canopy frame to roll bar fit. Front of windscreen interferes w/ front deck area. Windscreen sides appear just long enough as cut on 6/18 (1/2 " longer than initial cut of plexi sides per plans). Clamped plexi to frame on table and marked for "Big Cut" per plans except left 5/32" fwd of front canopy frame hoop to allow for trueing up. Marked w/ tape and made "Big Cut" with cutter supplied by Vans. Filed and sanded all edges smooth per plans. clampen canopy frame in plexi and marked and cut side cuts per plans.
