Continued trim tab construction with mini ribs - see 3/7/06 entry for prior details12. 12. Dimple and Rivet E-717 and E-718 to bottom skin per plans. Leave aft holes open in each for later attachment of rib lower edge. 13. Cleco together and follow Vans instructions for installing hinge and checking alignment of trim tab with elevator. 14. When aligned, drill bottom holes in both ribs using skins as guide. Remove ribs and dimple lower rib holes and lower skin holes.15. Rivet tops of ribs to skins with AN426 rivets. Trailing edge rivets might require MK319BS blind rivets. 16. Close trim tab with AN426 rivets along top of spar including hinge. Use MK319BS blind rivets to close bottom of skin at inner and outer ribs.
