Brief Description:  Install wings on fuselage

Over the last few months I have been installing the wings on the fuselage. My son's and a friend came over one night and we put both wings on. We checked the sweep and it was within 1/32inch, great. We then checked the incidence, after making sure everything was level, just a little movement on each wing and all was good and we were ready to drill. Next I drilled the 5/16 inch hole through the aft spar. Then I did the same process to the left wing, next I drill the holes in the lower skin to install the plate nuts after the wings are removed. Then I attached the forward wing bracket on both wings. Again, many hours of measuring making sure it all looked good.

One of my biggest problem is the wing tips. One side is down about 1/2 inch from the aileron with the aileron in the neutral postion and lined up with the flap. The left side is down about 1/4 inch. So I will need to do some fiberglass work on each tip at some point prior to finishing the plane. Presently I'm looking for the best way to do this.
