Cut a number of instrument holes in the panel and built "Jim's easy jack bracket." The bracket is built from plastic decking and it works very well. Used two 1/4 inch bolts by 4 inches, 4 washers, and 2 wing nuts. Clamp the deck on a bench and cut the notch with a hacksaw and/or just use your bandsaw. I believe the bracket will work good for attaching the wheel pants.
