With the structure of the side console now part of the mix, it was time to lighten the original mounting bracket for the control trio. The control trio and bracket assy will be attached to the side console in key locations to utilize the strength of the console to support the control trio assy. The side console will be removable independant of the control trio. I used two -3 bolts in the rear attach point and three #8 screws (all with nutplates) in the forward attach point of the trio bracket.
