Here is the raw form of the new cooling ramp made with .020 stainless. Notice the addition of flanges on the outer edges. This will make sealing the assy to the fuselage much more effective, and I will not have to add the stiffeners along these edges that are part of the original assy. I did although, use the cross stiffener to keep the ramp from canning and making all kinds of racket... !
