Decided while I had this whole thing in pieces that I would do the mod I have seen where the roll bar is tipped forward. I think it really adds to the asthetics of the windshied and canopy. Used the mig welder to tack the pieces together. I will remove the assy and take it to Dad's and use the tig for final welding. I will also build a plate with the proper angle and clamp the assy to the plate in an effort to maintain the proper shape. My brother has been welding since they invented the tig welder and given the proper welding rod, he could weld the crack of dawn...!! He will be stitching this back together and using technique to minimize movement. Still, without a fixture I am anticipating some movement but nothing like what I started with..!!
