Here's where I ran into my first major problem with the QB Kit....all was well and was very impressed until fitting these caps. The top portion of the cap fit very poorly due to the fact that when, at the factory, the under structure was attached to the outer skin and upper structure, the dimension across the width that is supposed to fit the I.D. of the cap, was at least 1/4" too narrow on the LH and 5/16" on the RH. Had to drill several rivets and lift the upper skins to gain access to this area for repositioning and strapping.
