Brief Description: Rivet floor pan stiffeners, drill to structure
My entire floorboards will be attached with #6 and #8 screws so that every single floorboard is removable. I have learned by working on general aviation aircraft all my life that this is something I consider essential. This will also make things go faster in the long run and there won't be any of those " Oh I should not have riveted that floor in yet". There will be two extra fasteners in the rear seat hinge where two screws want to be for the rear floorboards. There also will be an ideal order in which they overlap which will be determined at a later time. Also, if the floor pans are notched around the bulkheads at their outer edges, all the stiffeners can be attached and riveted now and you can enjoy installing/removing the floorboards with ease.
