-CLECOED MAIN RIBS TO FRONT AND REAR SPARS NOTE: REAR SPAR HASN'T BEEN PRIMED OR RIVETED YET SO I ATTACHED EXTRA CLECOES INTO REAR SPAR ASSY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS IN PERFECT ALIGNMENT -DRILLED MAIN RIBS TO FRONT AND REAR SPARS -DRILLED 2 NEW HOLES IN 711 WING WALK RIBS THROUGH REAR SPAR AS REQ -DISSASSEMBLED WING ASSY -TRIMMED REAR SPAR REINFORCEMENT PLATES AS REQD, FOUND IT EASY TO MEASURE UP/MARK, THEN PRINT A FULL SIZE TRIM DETAIL OFF DWG 38 AND LAY UNDER TO CHECK MEASUREMENTS, THIS WORKED WELL AND MADE IT EASY, MY PURCHASED CD PLANS FROM VANS ALREADY COMING IN HANDY. -NOW THAT TECHNICAL WORK IS DONE I GRABBED A BEER AND DEBURRED HOLES ON MAIN SPAR, REAR SPAR, REINFORCEMENT PLATES AND RIBS
