Still don't have any primer so I began work on the rudder. I started by cutting the rudder stiffeners and then polished them using the scotchbrite wheel. This is very tedious work and took awhile but I was able to finish pretty quickly. I then went at match-drilled all of the stiffeners to the rudder skin. I also deburred all of the parts. When the primer arrives I'll prime the skins and the stiffeners then begin backriveting.
The band saw makes quick work but leaves a pretty rough edge to cleam up with the scotchbrite wheel.
