Started to see some 'real' progress today. An airplane part is starting to form before my eyes. I went ahead and match drilled all the spar/rib connections to the required #30 hole. When ahead and cleco'd everything up. Fitting the skin on was a pain in the butt alone. There was so much 'prebend' in the skin that I had to use my head/foot/elbow everything while clecoing the sking to the frame. Finally got it. It took me alot longer than I figured but I was able to struggle through and am so glad I did. This thing is looking sweet. The clecos add so much weight but it was it feels pretty dang strong regardless.
