This step was delayed until I received the bars from AviPro. I had them omit the holes that go through the cap strips. I should have studied the photo on page 19 of the spar section of Eric's Manual, it clearly shows that you wait to match drill the spar cap to the strut attach bar, duh. Anyway, I am back on track and getting ready to prime the the spars......I spent alot of time measuring, checking, clamping, checking,...before drilling into my spars. All that checking paid off, because both spars are identical. Many hours of shop clean up ahead and then deburrbuffwashetchconvertprime.
