Brief Description:  Rear Spar Rib Attach Angles Assembly

Final assembly of the left rear spar
I messed up a ton of rivets. I am now very good at removing rivets. I have found the difficult balance petween too high and too low of a gun psi. Higher is quicker but much harder to avoid )'s and mushing out the mfg head if not perfectly lined up.
I also reversed the direction of the rivet used on the spar cap at the attach angles. This is an attemt to counter act the bowing tendancy of the rear spar. I had concerns about the shop head enlarging the surface area of the capstrip an inducing a bow, away from the shop head.
It shouuld be noted that the bow is very slight and requires little effort to correct. The influence of the front spar will correct the bow, as long as the ribs are the correct length.
In the photo I am using a laser to check for straight...this, a string, and a good ol' eyeball.
