Fit the horizontal and vertical tips to tail. Minor bodywork to get them to fit, but will require more bodywork for a good finish. Drilled for #6 anchor nuts. I want them removable in the event the elevators have to be removed due to hangar rash or any unforseen incident.I think it is also a good idea for inspection inside the stabilizor.
