Brief Description:  Misc wing rigging and adjustments

This work was spread over the period of a cuple of weeks. Many adjustments were required to get the wings to fit as I liked them. I rigged the ailerons and flaps, trimmed more from the wing fairings, adjusted and tightened all of the rod ends. I adjusted the aileron stop so that movement was equal for both ailerons. I also I found that the heads of the bolts that hold the aileron paddles in place were making contact. The contact was just enough to make it difficult to put the wings in after removal. I replaced on of the .065 washers with a .032 washer, and amazingly that is all the clearance that was needed. I alsofabricated hinge pins and securing method for flaps and ailerons. If I was going to build these wings again, I would change the dimension for mounting the paddle bracket to rib 1 by about a 16th of an inch for more clearance. Now that I have done it once, it would probably take about a quarter of the time to rig next time.
