In checking the spars I noticed that there were three bolts in each spar that were AN bolts with heads that stuck out away from the spar. In that are of the spar all of the rest of the bolts and rivets were flush so that the wing could be moved and folded. I checked the plans, and sure enough the bolts were suposed to be the countersunk type. I removed the bolts, countersunk the spar, and replaced the bolts with the proper type.
