Straightened the tip ribs and assembled, along with counterweight skins, per the instructions. Fabricated and deburred the shear clips. Deburred the forward spar and reinforcing plates, and assembled the plates to the spars, final drilling and marking for later reassembly. Bent the tabs at the inboard end of the trailing edge of the skins using a bucking bar that had been radiused. The bar was clamped over the bend line and a dead-blow hammer was used to make the bend (along with a small bucking bar to reach the corners) and the skins were laid out to insure that both top and bottom were bent to make a left and a right. Finally, the forward spars were drilled for the trim cable, making a left and right and were clecoed to the respective bottom skin.
