Removed clecos from trailing edge and cleaned out the excess tank sealant with drill bit and deburring tool. Clecoed the rudder spar in place and pop-riveted the shear webs to it. Rivited the top and bottom ribs and squeezed all the rivets joining the skin and spar. Riveted in the lower counterbalance rib.
