So I dug out the pipe section I had used to roll the previous rudder. Thanks to CNC punched holes, it worked perfectly for the new rudder. Cleco in place then twist while pulling toward the spar flange to keep the roll tight. A lot of springback, but the leading edges clecoed together just fine. My inspector, Rusty, gave it a cat scan and a headbutt of approval.
