Brief Description: Bolt ribs to left spar; fabricate aileron hinge br
Following the diagram on page 14-6, I bolted all the ribs to the left spar, torqued to spec (20 - 25 in/lbs), and marked each bolt with torque seal. I then trimmed two of the parts for the aileron hinge brackets per the directions, put the four assemblies together with clecos, and used files to smooth the tooling marks on the inside of the part. Next I used the scotch-brite wheel to smooth the outside of the parts. After that, I match-drilled the parts for the #30 rivets and the disassembled all the parts, marking as I went, before deburring all holes and edges. The final step was to prime all the parts in preparation for assembly.
