Brief Description:  Match drill right baggage floor and seat

I added the right baggage floor doubler and floor and match drilled all the holes. Before removing the floor and seat panels for dimpling, I fabricated the cover for the AHRS by adding a short piece of hinge just in front of the seat back hinge. You can see in Image 1 that I added an extra hole in the outboard end between the existing rivet holes. With the hinge in place, I cut the cover and then drilled it to the other side of the hinge. I had to use seaming pliers to match the bend in the seat pan at the forward end of the cover. I didn't add stiffeners to the cover but may change my mind about that if it appears to need it (also the ground power cover in the baggage area). The last step was to add a stiffener under the forward edge of the opening, which was fabricated from a piece of angle and drilled into place using a ruler across the ribs to help position it. With the seat temporarily clecoed back in position, the seat pan was drilled into the brace and then removed. The ribs and brace around the opening, and the seat pan, will be dimpled/countersunk for flush rivets so as not to interfere with the cover; the rest of the seat pan will be installed per the instrucitons.
