Brief Description:  Miscellaneous jobs

I'm tired of doing pop rivets so I took a break today to take care of some odd jobs. First, I located the a/c outlets in the baggage bulkhead to go into the overhead console. I drew the outline of the outlets on the forward side, even though they are too big for the overhead. When the overhead is in place, I will superimpose its outline in order to make the actual openings and will probably also add a couple of slits below to allow air to circulate even if the overhead vents are closed.

Next I added the hose from the evaporator to those vent fittings. The fittings are not riveted and I will let them hang while I rivet the top skin on before finally riveting them in place. FlightLine provided way more hose than I needed here (but about 2/3 what I needed for the condenser to outside), in case anyone else is doing this.

Finally, I trimmed the baggage bulkhead panel on the right side to clear the side panel which will be relocated inboard to accomodate the a/c hoses. You can see that it was about 3/4" in and up to the longeron. The two screw holes that were removed will also be relocated; there is plenty of bulkhead behind the panel.
