Brief Description: Install panel flanges and hand holds
With my questions about the handhold doublers answered, I formed them and added them to the structure and then match-drilled them except for the two holes each where the flanges had not been installed yet. Since I couldn't reach up under the instrument pane, I swapped it out with the plastic blank that Aerotronics had sent me. I then installed and drilled the F-1003D and E flanges to the top skin. With the flanges in place, I drilled the instrument panel to them through the stock holes. I then stopped to ponder the quadrant attachment and how to locate the VP-200 and LSE control boxes.
