Brief Description:  Match-drill the forward fuselage structure

I removed the left and right forward skins. With the skins off, I started by drilling the floor to the lower channel. Next came the tabs for the lower side rib, followed by the firewall bracket for the longeron. You may have noticed I left the channels for last, because I would be drilling through steel and would be using cutting oil. So they were drilled with the weldment ears clamped to them and then the upper channels were temporarily removed. Now I could use the drilling template to drill the #12 holes for the rudder mounts. Being a little weary of match-drilling, I located the fuselage penetrations for the wiring harnesses and pitot line from the wing and drilled the left side to accept the cannon plug bulkhead passthroughs. I didn't drill the aft penetrations for the magentometer harnesses; I'm going to wait until the harnesses arrive so I am sure what size the bulkhead fittings are.
