Getting my feet wet again after a long hiatus. Why the delay? I spent the summer repairing my RV-6A after a slight incident in the Spring collapsed the nose gear. Then the Fall semester at NAU took up so much of my time I did not have time to build. It looks like the Spring semester will be the same but in the break I hope to make a little progress.
So, I trimmed the seat belt bars and then assembled the outboard seat ribs before match drilling them. Then I moved to the flap motor bracket and trimmed the parts, smoothing and deburring edges. Once the bracket was assembled and drilled to the inner seat ribs, I attached the assembly to the rear spar and match drilled the inner ribs.
