With the rack parts clamped together, I removed the rack from it's position under the subpanel and dissassembled the side rails from the cross rails and carefully final-drilled the stand-offs. Then I marked the ends of all the parts for trim and bevelling where appropriate. Next, I dissassembled all the parts and trimmed the ends, bevelled the flanges where marked, and cleaned up all the parts. Then I reassembeld the parts with clecoes (riveting will have to wait until I can prime the angles), attached the ignition box with screws, and put the rack back in place under the subpanel. Then I drilled the rack into position.
