Brief Description:  More planning and running the condiut

The magnetometer harnesses arrived yesterday, so I drilled the left wing for the Garmin harness and installed it, awaiting the mount to finish up. Then I turned to the fuselage. I removed the left mid-fuselage skin and then drilled the conduit holes out. Some highlights: the right side only has two conduits as the hoses from the A/C condensor to the compressor go down that side. I put the conduit to the wing low and the other conduit high as it will be carrying data lines and I wanted plenty of separation. The right side has all the power and control lines (pitch servo, trim servos, strobe power, A/C power, etc.) plus a conduit for the battery contactor cable, so 3 conduits to the back and 1 to the wing. They are all high so the magnetometer cable can pass beneath them with good separation on the way to the AHRS under the right passenger seat. Yes, you heard right. I'm going to make a hinged access panel to reach the AHRS by removing the passenger cushion; hopefully it won't be used much. A mount is coming soon. It looks like I'm going to find a way to run all the antenna cables down the tunnel, doing my best to avoid the power lines for the fuel pump and flap. The overhead support tube can take the GPS antenna cables and the 02 station cables but I'll have to route the lighting another way. The wiring for the AHRS runs across the front of the seats under the flap actuator cover. Dang! I forgot the pitot and static lines, and the AOA lines on the right side. Oh, well, tomorrow. I want all this setteled before I rivet side skins on.
