Brief Description:  Prosealed TE ribs and wedge

The foam blocks with the templates glued on were dry, so I used an X-acto knife and a razor saw to cut out the TE ribs. A piece of sandpaper finished up the job. The left TE wedge was countersunk and all the metal parts cleaned with mineral spirits. An ounce of ProSeal was mixed and spread on the ribs and wedge. As each part was coated, it was inserted in place and, in the case of the TE wedge, held with clecos. The trailing edge was clecoed from the top and then placed on a flat surface so that the ends of the clecos just overhang the surface. Finally, a large board was placed over the top to hold the TE straight and also ensure a good bond on the TE riibs. This will set a few days while I get the right elevator up to this point and also enjoy X-mas.
