Received replacement HS-1002 and HS-1013. Trimmed the ends of the HS-1013 per 8-4.1 and deburred all the edges and the edges of the HS-1002. Transferred the good HS-1013 from the previous spar and match-drilled the holes in the new HS-1002. Positioned and clamped the new HS-1013 and drilled per the instructions on page 8-5. Then, positioned the doubler (correctly this time) and the brackets and drilled them according the instructions on page 8-5. Match-drilled the #12 holes in the doubler and counter-sunk all the holes called out in the instructions. Finally, disassembled all the parts, marked them as necessary, and deburred all the holes in all the parts except the HS-1002, which will be done next time, before riveting.
