Brief Description: Assemble VS rear spar

Moved to the HS while waiting for ProSeal delivery. Deburred the rear spar parts. Clecoed and final-drilled the reinforcing plate and outer hinge brackets. Deburred all drilled holes and primed the reinforcing plate.
