The hard part of this task was making the spacers and drilling the shaft of the flap motor. The bit went through the cap but then tried to veer and go parallel to the surface. My effort to adjust the path of the bit merely snapped it (and I stabbed myself in the hand with the broken bit), so I eventually put a bit in the drill press and very slowly drilled the hole. The actual bolting in was not difficult though I misread the directions and bolted the torsion bar first. Still, in and tested and the safety wiring done.
