Brief Description: Install components into overhead
I installed the remaining click-bond fasteners today. The spacing on the oxygen dispensers required that they be ground down to fit and also could not be installed using the normal method. Instead, I waxed the mounting rails on the oxygen dispensers and then used them to space the fasteners properly and then weighed the dispensers down to keep the studs in place until the cement set. One of the screws from a GPS antenna is doing double duty as a stud for the unit in the upper left of the first photo.The studs for the dispensers are 8/32 while the studs for the relays are 6/32. After the studs had set up, I laid the cover panels in place to verify there was clearance around the openings for the dispensers. The bucking bars on the forward panel are to make it conform to the curvature there since I was not using screws to hold the panels in place.
