I removed the TE from the rudder and mixed up a 2 oz batch of proseal. The proseal was applied to the inside of the skins at the trailing edge. The TE piece was replaced and excess proseal cleaned off with naptha. Then I clecoed the TE togehter with a piece of lath (the same piece used to countersink the TE). Finally, the entier TE was clamped into a section of steel angle to keep the assembly straight while the proseal cures. Image 3 is a snapshot of the servo in place showing how ell it lined up and is accesible through the opening. No new work there; just couldn't resist the photo op.
