Brief Description: Install AOA tubing in right wing
Drilled 1/2" through wing ribs and spar web in outboard bay for split conduit (I tried 3/8" tubing but the AOA tubing would not fit). Installed the conduit and then ran the tubing through it. The first photo shows a couple of homemade Adel clamp I fashioned from .040" alclad that ensure the run through the bay with the roll servo won't interfere with the servo. After the leading edge was riveted, I attached the ends of the lines to the proper ports and torqued the barbs as called out in the AOA instructions. Then I attached the leading edge to the spar and pulled the slack out of the line so they would drain into the ports.
