Brief Description: Rivet ribs together and to left spar
Match-drilled all ribs to the left spar. Match-drilled flap hinge supports to their respective ribs. Disassembled all part and deburred all holes and edges. Primed the flap hinge supports and the bearing parts for the inboard rib. Use step bit to make 7/16" holes for pitot line and 7/8" holes for conduit for wire routing in the wing ribs.
After primer had dried, I assembled and riveted the bearing support parts. I assembled and riveted all the flap hinge supports to their respective ribs and then added the bearing support to the inboard rib. Next I riveted all the ribs (with the exception of the outboard rib) to the spar web. The seven ribs called out in the plans also got a single rivet in each flange.
